Effective collaboration rests on a clear organisation, from the first month. This page gathers the essentials; your engagement letter details our services and the split of tasks between you and the firm, and it prevails.
Getting started: the first five steps
- Engagement letter signed Scope, timetable, split of tasks and fees are defined.
- Takeover of the file Where relevant, we contact your previous firm to obtain what we need.
- Access to the document space You receive your secure access to send your documents and find your files.
- Bank feeds We set them up with your bank, when it is compatible: your bank transactions come through automatically. Your bank statements still need to be sent to us, for the reconciliation.
- First review Together we validate the organisation, the deadlines of the year and the points of attention in your file.

Day to day
You keep your tools: software, platforms and banks we work with.
- Send your documents as you go, at the agreed frequency: monthly if you file VAT every month, and at least once a quarter.
- Answer our questions as soon as possible, and within five working days at most: your file moves forward at the pace of the information received.
- Tell us before an important event: hiring, loan, major purchase, change of activity or address, planned sale.
- Send us without delay any letter from the tax authorities, Urssaf or the commercial court registry.
Automated pre-accounting and bank entries, always reviewed by a professional: bank feeds lighten what you send, but supporting documents and bank statements remain essential.

Practical questions
How do I send you an invoice?
A clear photo or a PDF file is enough: upload it to the online platform, send it to the email address dedicated to your business, or use the smartphone app.
I received a letter from the authorities: what should I do?
Send it to us as soon as you receive it, even if it seems unimportant. Response times are sometimes short, and we tell you what to do.
How do I obtain a certificate or a document?
Ask by email, specifying its purpose and deadline: certificate for a bank, a landlord, a tender. Lead times depend on the type of document and the state of your file.
Who should I contact with a question?
Your chartered accountant, your single point of contact, centralises your requests. They answer directly or pass them to the team member handling the subject.
Is an additional service charged on top?
Services and fees are defined by your engagement letter. Any new service is the subject of a prior proposal, which you are free to accept. See how we set our fees
How do I change my bank details or address?
Let us know by email: we update your file and tell you about any formalities with the authorities or the registry.
