Frequently asked questions
Should I choose an accountant based near me?
Not necessarily. What matters most is an available contact, attentive to your file and your trade. Our office is in Paris and much of our work is done by phone, video call and a secure document space, with in-person meetings when useful.
Do you support businesses in Paris, in every arrondissement?
Yes: sole traders and freelancers, small and medium businesses, liberal and healthcare professions, SCIs and subsidiaries of foreign groups, in many sectors — in English or in French.
How does the first meeting work?
It is a mutual introductory meeting, free and without obligation, in Paris, by video call or by phone, wherever you are in France: we get to know each other and frame your needs. Tailored advice is then part of a support proposal.
Can an English-speaking accountant take over my file during the year?
Yes, depending on your engagement letter (most often at year-end) or by agreement. Joining us is simple: you send your termination letter to your previous firm (we give you an example to adapt), and we organise the handover of your file with them, without a break in your obligations. See the steps to change accountant
How are your accounting fees set?
According to your activity, the volume of documents, the number of employees and the services chosen, à la carte. They are presented in a clear proposal, before any commitment. See our approach and fees
Who handles my company’s formalities?
We can handle changes (transfer of registered office, change of director, amendment of the articles) through the single business formalities portal; the file is then processed by the registry of the court competent for your registered office. For a simple incorporation, you can complete the formalities yourself, free of charge, on the INPI one-stop shop; for a more complex one, a lawyer is the right contact. To find a lawyer, see the official directories.
