A file well coordinated between professionals moves faster, with fewer back-and-forths for the client. We meet your clients for an introductory meeting, keep you informed with their consent, and naturally refer back to you the matters within your expertise.
The files we work on together
Business takeovers and sales
Analysis of a target’s accounts, forecast and financing plan for the takeover: alongside the lawyer drafting the deeds and the bank providing the financing.
SCI, wealth and handover
Choice of tax regime for an SCI, accounts and returns, furnished letting, holding companies: alongside the notary and the wealth adviser.
Contribution and transformation audits
Contributions in kind, conversion of a SARL into an SAS, mergers: engagements entrusted to a statutory auditor, carried out by Nadir El Jouaidi, statutory auditor, for companies the firm does not support (independence).
Bank financing
Reliable annual accounts, forecasts and interim accounts: clear documents to support a financing application.
International clients
Subsidiaries of foreign groups and entrepreneurs settling in France: accounting, payroll, tax and reporting in French and English, alongside the group’s lawyers and finance team.
Healthcare professionals
Setting up, taking over a practice, practice company: alongside the lawyer, the bank and the professional order.
How a referral works
- You introduce your client Through the form below, by email or by phone, with their consent.
- Introductory meeting We get to know your client and frame their needs, free and without obligation.
- Proposal If we are the right contact, an engagement letter sets out the scope, timetable and fees.
- Coordination We discuss with you the points that concern you, with the client’s consent.
- Feedback You know where the file stands: we never leave a referral unanswered.
Our commitments to you
- A quick answer: an initial response usually within two working days.
- Each to their own profession: we refer back to you legal, notarial, banking or wealth matters within your expertise.
- Professional secrecy: information is shared with the client’s consent, and only what is useful to the file.
- No financial consideration: no commission is paid or received for a referral. The French chartered accountants’ code of ethics only allows payment between professionals for an actual service, and merely giving a name is not one (article 162 of the decree of 30 March 2012).

Partners’ frequently asked questions
Will my client be canvassed?
No. We contact your client only if they have agreed, to offer an introductory meeting, and leave them free to follow up or not. Your client can request a proposal
Will I be kept informed?
Yes, with your client’s consent: we tell you whether the meeting took place and involve you in the points that concern you, while respecting professional secrecy.
Does Hexaconto pay a commission for referrals?
No. The French chartered accountants’ code of ethics only allows payment between professionals for an actual service: a mere referral is not one (article 162 of the decree of 30 March 2012). Our commitment lies elsewhere: a well-supported client, and matters referred back to you when they fall within your profession.
Which clients can Hexaconto support?
Among others, owners of small and medium-sized businesses, sole traders, liberal and healthcare professions, SCIs and subsidiaries of foreign groups, in French and in English.
Is the Hexaconto firm a statutory auditor?
The firm itself is not a statutory auditor: these engagements (contribution, transformation, merger and statutory audits) are carried out by Nadir El Jouaidi, founder of Hexaconto, statutory auditor, member of the Paris regional body of statutory auditors, for companies the firm does not support (self-review prohibition). See statutory audit
How can I reach you quickly?
Through the form above, by email or by phone. For an urgent file, mention the deadline in your message.
Referrer: can your client, already working with an accountant in France, move to the firm easily?
Yes, it is simple: they send their termination letter to their previous firm (we give them an example to adapt), and we organise the handover of their file with that firm, in line with professional rules. The easiest start for them is our introduction form: their meeting is booked in 2 minutes, and their fee estimate is shown in 5 more. See the steps to change accountant
