What happens next?

  1. We read your request and get back to you personally.
  2. Introductory meeting (30 minutes), free and with no obligation, at our office, by video call or by phone: we get to know each other, scope your needs and check together that our support is the right fit. If another type of support would suit you better, we tell you plainly.
  3. Written proposal, promptly, usually within 2 working days once we have the information needed: scope, timetable and fees.
  4. Electronic signature of the engagement letter, then set-up, which starts as soon as we receive it.

To save time

If you have them to hand, these help us send you an accurate proposal:

  • your latest annual accounts or tax return;
  • a rough number of invoices per month and of bank accounts;
  • if you are changing accountant, your current engagement letter, to check the notice period.

None of this is required: we can also go through it together.

Already have an accountant?

You can change at any time. You notify your current firm, using our example letter, to be adapted to your situation; we contact them, recover the records and present a takeover timetable. Read our guide
