What we ask you for
An accountant prices the work your file requires. The form therefore asks the questions that determine it:
- your business: legal form (SAS, SASU, SARL, EURL, sole trader, SCI…), activity, date of creation;
- its volume: estimated turnover, number of transactions per month, number of banks;
- its obligations: VAT regime, tax on profits, employees and payroll;
- your expectations: services you want, level of follow-up, current firm if any.
Give your real volume: it is the basis of your fees and appears in the engagement letter.
The documents come next, if the order of magnitude suits you. Depending on your situation, for example:
- Kbis extract, or Sirene registration notice for a sole trader;
- articles of association and identity documents of the directors;
- latest annual accounts and tax return, if the business has already closed a financial year;
- your current engagement letter, if you are changing accountant: we check your notice period with you.
What your proposal contains
- The scope: bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax returns, and the services you choose (payroll, annual corporate work…).
- The rhythm: VAT returns, interim statements, follow-up meetings.
- The split of tasks: what you do, what we take on.
- Your fixed monthly fees: your budget is stated before any commitment, based on the information you give us.
- The volume used, written into the engagement letter: if it changes, your fees are adjusted with your agreement.
- Changes to your file: a change of tax regime (annual VAT returns becoming quarterly or monthly, for example) or complex or exceptional transactions on top of the day-to-day (new shareholders, acquisitions of holdings, mergers, international transactions…) are also adjusted, with your agreement. We review this with you at least once a year, when the annual accounts are prepared.
- Set-up or takeover fees, if any in the first year: they are stated.

Can I get an accountant quote online, in English?
Yes. Everything can be done online and in English: the introduction form, sending documents, the meeting by video call or by phone, then the electronic signature of the engagement letter. You can also come to our office in Paris.
Can the price change after the quote?
Your monthly fees are fixed and stated before any commitment. They are based on the information you give us, and the volume used is written into the engagement letter. If your file changes, your fees are adjusted with your agreement, upwards or downwards: a volume of transactions different from the one used, a change of tax regime (for example, moving from annual to quarterly VAT returns, or from quarterly to monthly), complex or exceptional transactions on top of the day-to-day (new shareholders, acquisitions of holdings, mergers, international transactions…). We review this with you at least once a year, when the annual accounts are prepared.
